The design of this renovation began with the elimination of all interior walls, where space flows uninterrupted through the public spaces as well as through the private spaces. One large open room houses the kitchen, living and dining areas. A large built-in bench defines and serves both the entry and the living room, and the open kitchen has a small integrated seating area. The private spaces feed off the living spaces, culminating in a master suite. Walnut stairs with a steel and wood railing lead down to the family room and guest suite.
